I was given the above survey code number to complete a survey on the cheesecake factory. I went to the cheesecake factory restaurant in the Woodfield Shopping Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois. I went with a friend, had a wonderful meal, and bought some salad dressings after the meal. I am enjoying them at home. I was promised a $10.00 gift card to complete the survey. Unfortunately, I got on line and there was no survey to complete. Why did this happen. I went to www.thecheesecakefactory.com/feedback and there was no place to plug the survey code number into. I'm disappointed.
