I have been in a dispute with T Mobile fr the past 2 months I started my services with them on Aug 4 they assured me I could port my number over I explained to them that this is my Primary work number and I could not be without my phone it told me it was going to take 2 hours tops. Well 3weeks later my number still had not been ported over. And they sent me a bill a week after I had the phone. Now in the store they claim that you are paying for a the current month of service.
Yet the sent me a bill when I called t mobile the explained that my billing cycle started over the day after I purchased my phone and my bill is now over due and they were charging me late fees. How can you charge a late fee on a bill that hasnt happen yet if I paid for my first month of service and the bill that you are sending me is for the month of SEPT and we are still in the month of AUG that makes no sense. So I paid the SEPT Bill then they turned my phone off for a 9.69 balance that Ididn't even know was due.
Now at this point the OCT bill has come out and it is 235.00 my plan is 77$ a month They informed me they changed my billing cycle and for a 3 day proration they charged me 125.00$ how is that possble if my bill is only $77.00 a month then they say oh it's because you are paying for your equipment. No the phone was fee what do you mean eqipment. You are on an installment plan for your device... NO why would I get on a installment plan for a phone thats over 3 years old... So I have yet to get this issue resolved they are claiming I have a past due balance of 200. For one month of service only one line on my account I DONT THINK SO
