I ordered an item for my family vacation on Sears.com on Aug 6th and paid for expedited shipping to have it delivered on Aug 9. After many excuses and worthless calls to their customer service department, the item did not ship until Aug 10. At that point it was too late and I was already on vacation. I have sent 2 e-mails to their customer service department and they refuse to respond or refund my shipping charges!!! Do not order from sears.com if you need an item on a certain date & you will not get it.
