There is an unauthorized charge on my bank account from direct v that i did not give them permission to make. I admit that i owe them money but I've been sick and had surgery but that's besides the point, they had no right to take money that i didn't have from my account. I plan on paying them but i need time to get on my feet now all of what little money i had in the bank is gone, and i'm on a fixed income.
