Unauthorized Debit From Bank Account and Ignored Complaints

If you have given Direct TV your Bank account information, they will charge an unauthorized debit even though they are NOT authorized to do so!!!
Besides lousy service, uncommunicative employees. And ignoring any valid complaints from long term customers. They will steal your money in a heartbeat. Change your bank account, close any account that Direct TV is aware of. You can open another account with the same financial institution.
It's a pain, but it will stop the THIEVES cold.
