Ree've Lab, Ree've Imports, Shipped defective equipment, Refusing to exchange or refund money

I purchased Beauty equipment from this company on the 25th. Of May. The equipment is worth $1,549 and it was received defective.

After many phone calls and a lot of agravation.in october 2nd. 2006 they finally agreed for me to shipped the equipment back to them.

I spend $189.30 to send the equipment back and to this date I can't get a hold of anybody and I don, t know if I will ever get the equipment or my money back.
