Entered into Contract for Credit card processing equipment. Equipment was faulty from initial setup. Merimac technical support sent out new cable at my cost, equipment still did not work, Merimac wanted to send out more equipment at my cost and I said no. Returned equipment via UPS with signature, Merimac disputed equipment return even with UPS signature. Merimac capitol refused to send new/replacment equipment. Merimac Reps stated the contract never stated the condition of equipment.
I held out for almost a year just wanting equipment that worked. Merimac sent me to collection and that company said if I settle with Merimac they would not attack my credit record. I settled under their terms and after settlementm, Merimac attached to my credit record.
These people are nothing but ripoffs and liars
