I ordered a set of bifold doors on 6/4 and was told it would take 7-10 days. After 10 days, I was told they would arrive 7/2. I called the week of 6/27 and was told the product was ready to ship. I called on 7/1 to check on shipping and was told the new manufacture date was estimated to be 7/15. I arranged my July 4th schedule around delivery.
I paid in full for these doors a month ago and have no idea when and if I will ever see them. Money left my account right away. Why would Home Depot sell something it cannot deliver on? I am very dissatisfied.
