Been a home owner for 20 years and have spent at least 1000 dollars a year at home improvement stores. Decided to change all my 40 yr old interior doors. Not being an expert I went to Home Depot and sat down with a millwork "Expert". Told him I didn't know whether my doors were left handed or right handed. But drew a picture for him. He tells me those are left handed doors. We order them and when the come in and I go to install them I find out I have all right handed doors. Went down to the store and was told I can't return special orders. Told them their employee gave me the wrong advice and showed them the picture. Can't even get a manager to talk to me. The employee calls my home and tells me I never showed him the drawing of the doors. If I had he would have told me they were right handed. Comes down to my word against his and I am out $900. I will never buy anything and Home Depot EVER again. Buyer beware!!
