DEADBEAT dad-Charles Robert NUnnery III-FAYETTEVILLE NORTH CAROLINA—first two children born out of 5 he has. Divorced in1989-should of strted child support of 203.00 (approximate amount) in 1987.in 12/97 he was almost $19,000 in the arrears. After courts continuously jailed him among other things; he started paying some... (should of pd 71.92 wkly—50.92 current support and 20.00 arrears) I say he did but in actuality he has never been able to keep a job-his wife of "today" usually makes payment when it is made. (married i think 4 times-he is 37) I live 1200 miles away. Any time the kids have seen him I HAVE FOOTED THE BILL except twice. (once he wanted me to pay half airfare after I found flight for 2 kids under 400.00) and then the last time 3 yrs ago he met us in tennessee to pick them up BUt then his wife called telling me that they could not meet us back in same place... Ended up making whole trip... Never a dollar reimbursement. I did this for my kids... The last wife and I went to school together with my ex. Evidently she is a psycho. The whole time my kids were there she talked of how I got pregnant to trap their dad (a lie but imagine telling this to children) They tapedmy kids conversation w/their dad they thought was private. She threatened me to my kids to the point they were thinking of running away and meeting me at the boarder??? This was a nightmare of a visit. On Dec 31st2003 somehow she got the courts to SUSPEND child support and ARREARAGE INDEFINITELY! Now May 27th they say my daughter is 18 and they should not have to pay and are taking it to court. This is an atrocity of justice How in the world would any judge SUSPEND Indefinitely without even getting both sides or even reviewing his track record!!! Somehow this has been done —and the ones that are still suffering are MY KIDS, He is a poor excuse of a dad...
