I am a mom of 2 boys, age 10 and 12. I have a court order for support 6 years old. For 6 years i have never gotten support, my ex moved around alot. The D. A's office and support kids found him this year in feb but support kids got there wage attachment in before D. A's office did. I have asked them to stop and they have refused. I was told by support kids that they can do everything tht a D. A's office can do, it was a bold out right lie. I found out they cant, i asked for a raise in support but since support kids are in the picture i cant get the local D. A's office to help me. So i cant get anything or any help. Right now my child support is monthly being kept by the support kids and my boys have nothing. How can a company like this keep rip-ing people off? The adds look nice but are mis-leading.
How can they sleep at night knowing they are rip-ing off family child support and the kids are left with nothing, get nothing from support kids??? Child support was made for the kids so they could have clothing, shoes and such. Now they are being denied what is rightful theirs. How can be sit back and allow this to happen? How many calls do i have to make till someone hears me and helps? Where do i go to get the help?
