This pathetic excuse for a human has constantly evaded child support since the birth of my child and has never sought any contact with the child.
He is currently on Probation for one of his seven kids. However, he is free walking around because they are not doing anything.
This man thinks that raising a child costs nothing apparently. He has no way to know if my child is even alive. He plays "Daddy" to his last two kids (by the same twenty year old he's been with for over four years, if you do the math it was statuatory rape since they have a three year old, she was fifteen possibly sixteen when the child was conceived, he was in his late 20's). There is no court order for him to pay for those kids yet he is. There are at least three court orders for him to pay child support on many of his seven kids at the Texas Attorney General's office... He doesn't pay nothing on those orders.
His pattern is that when the company he is working for starts garnishing his wages, he quits. He has hardly worked in his entire life. Him and his girlfriend/wife (who knows, they lie about everything) live in government housing in Gainesville, Texas. Somehow they are getting away with manipulating the system because he is in arrears of child support over $40,000 on all these unsupported kids. It doesn't seem right. Government housing should be for hard-working people who are having difficulty right now (temporary) not deadbeat losers like this man.
I know he works for a company called Petroflex in Gainesville, TX but for some reason they are not garnishing wages. I have contacted the AG about this as well. Please if anyone knows of a physical address for this deadbeat scum let me know. That way I can have papers served and go back to court. I know if I can just get him in court, the judge will probably lock him up when he/she sees his track record and his total disregard for the law.
