Looking for help to collect child support from a deadbeat parent and turned to Support Kids for help. They did nothing for my children just like all the other families looking for help in this area, what is different about my case is that I canceled my order within 2 weeks of filing and I did not send all the bogus paper work they requested and asked them to close my file.
I received an email back from them that it would take 30 days for them to review my case before they can close it. I pointed out to them how could they take 30 days to review my file with incomplete paperwork? I did not hear a response from them just another generic email.
30 Days later I checked back with the Attorney Generals office and sure enough the child support payment went to them 1 day before the cancellation date was up. All they need is a case number and your childrens money is gone!
I called and contacted the Attorney Generals office and Support Kids to get thing straighten out and have not gotten anywhere just one big run around after the other. Do not use this service they will take advantage of you and your children, they do not care about your children like the website states!
