I pay child support on two children that i have with a ex girlfriend that i broke up with 17 years ago and been paying for 17 years on just turned 18 so that has ended. I was taken to court 3 years ago after my 14 year old daughter from my ex wife got killed saveing another child it was a wrongful death so my ex wife sued the resort where my daughter got killed this was in ARK. When the suit was over evryone got money the judge awarded the two kids i pay child support on a loss of companionship of theere half sister and gave them couple of thousand dollars then the judge gave me and the mom what was left to be split beteewn she and i. Then the ex girlfriend came back from ARK. After she got the money for the kids spent the money on her a new van went to child support told them i got money for the death of my daughter and child support took me to court and raised my support over an extra 1000.00 a month for the next 3 years until the kids turn 18. I have had attorneys and even the old child support attorney till me this is wrong but in the guide line it says lump sum but i dont think that when the guide lines was written it meet money from death of a child and by the way those kids where given there money by a judge in ARK. My attorney has fought this for 2 years now with no sucess the judge called my a slim bucket because i didnt pay my ex girlfriends house off when she has a husband they told me i was taken to court because i paid my house off and bought a used car for my wife i have now and my new two small kids 2 and 3 which means nothing to the court they where born last. Its so funny the case worker has pulled my new wifes driving record my families land and what my parents own and even drove by my wifes plase of business and want my wifes bank records just harrassment. I need an attorney to sue the state and the judge i mean i wrote to the GOV office they say this is not ethical and send this stuff to the raleigh office who then sends it to the lexington office who will do nothing because they are not going to admit they where wrong even the judge who used the money said she wouldnt here the case anymore needs fresh ears to here this write after she just rulled on me how can you riull the in the same sentence say that she is byised and say it needs a different judge.
