I ordered an anti-wrinkle cream from the above company October 20. Their advertisement stated 30 day trial, just pay shipping and handling. October 22 my bank account was debited $1.28 for shipping and handling, and also $189 which I learned was the full price for the product. I called them and was told this was standard procedure and that the charge would drop off, which it did, however, I was unable to meet a financial obligation due to their debit, and caused me to be late in meeting the obligation. On the 27th day of my trial I was again debited $189 and, once again, unable to meet a financial obligation due to their debit. I called them and told them they should advertise a 27 day free trial. I've returned the product and they will have it the 29th day of my trial period. I was told that this was stated in their terms and conditions, then why advertise a 30 day free trial. I would not recommend this product from this company, unless you have an extra, undesignated $189 in your bank account, which I don't. Poor business practices as well as false advertising.
