I responded to advert online for free trial of Juveneu and Hydroxitone anti wrinkle creams at $1.99 each on 27th september. These amounts were debited from my account the following day I did not and have still not received any products On 13th october $84.71 was debited from my account. Again on 28th october a further $89.66 was debited from my account. I had done some research online, and read horror stories that this advert was a scam. I immediately, on 17th october, e-mailed Juveneu and told them i had not received their product, and no longer wished anything from them. I got no reply from them. My bank is now trying to put a stop on any further payments being taken from my account. I am disgusted that this company has no scruples and preys on unsuspecting customers. I will never respond to a free trial offer again. I hope someone does something to shut them down and reimburse their victims!!!
