Nine days ago I signed up for a free trial of Ortho White teeth whitening system for only $1. Shipping & handling. Today I looked at my bank account and had a charge for $78.41. I called them and was told that since I didn't cancel within 8 days, that there was nothing I could do about it and that I could not even get a refund if I returned the product unopened. I looked at what I was signing up for and nowhere did I see an 8 day time limit or an amount of $78.41 or I would not have signed up for it in the first place. I feel like I have really been ripped off by these people and they act like it is nothing to them. It is very hard to make end meet right now and I though I was getting a great deal being able to try this product without having to spend a lot of money, but don't be fooled if you see their ad. I just read a complaint from another lady that called them after only 6 days and she was told the same thing as I was. I haven't even tried the product yet, but won't be surprised if it doesn't work either. This truly is a rip off and all they want is your money!!!
