Will Not Issue Refund

I ordered a modded - Xbox 360 controller for my son, and it did not work as it should have. Before i placed the order i checked their web site for the warranty and refund info. It plainly states they will issue a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. We received it on 11/3, i sent it back to them on 11/8. I have proof that it was delivered to their PO Box on 11/10, which is 7 days after i received it. I have tried calling them for 2 weeks an there is never an answer and no voice mail. I have sent numerous emails. They have replied once and told me it was past the refund period, that they could fix the remote, or refund half my money. I emailed them back explaining that i had returned the remote within the 7 day period. They replied stating that they were looking it up. This has been 10 days ago. It shouldn't take that long, and i have still not heard from them.

I have ask several times for them to call me and they won't do that either. All i want is a FULL REFUND for the amount of $89.99. Their website also states they give a 7 day trial run and if you are not satisfied with the remote they will refund your money. Apparently they don't stand behind what they advertise. Could you or someone please help me get my money refunded.
