Same reports as others. I opted into a contest to win an ipad. The contest involved trivia being sent to my phone. I found out later that it was $3 per text to receive and the same to answer back. There was no disclosure of costs that was plain to the consumer. Rogers tell me they have nothing to do with 3rd party charges, they only do their billing (spoken to them twice, same story each time). Seems odd they would do someone else's billing and not make any money on the transaction themselves. They recently told me my phone will be cut off in 20 days, but they can do nothing to help.
