I've been receiving charges since October on my Rogers cell bill of $36.00 $34.00 $36.00 $12.00, adding up to $118.00. I called Rogers and inquired about those "Third Party Charges" as it shows on my bill and they said it was from "The mobile Gener" and gave me a 1.800 # to call. I called, they said they've cancelled the services but would not pay me back when I assured I never put my cell phone online for anything. I called Rogers back and they say they won't reverse those payments either!!!
