I receive my phone bill from Rogers and on there is an extra $42.00 charge. I inquired and was told it was Skill To Thrill Trivia which I never subscribed to, never downloaded and never played. No matter what you do you still get stuck and Rogers does not stand behind you, their customer. What happenned to Customer Service preventing scams and frauds to their clients.
