I purchased a $100.00 pay as you go card for my Rogers phone on August 23. I used my phone once for a short local call. I have nothing on the balance! Our local Rogers retail company says it is because somehow I keep getting premium text messages about trivia questions. I believe I should be reimbursed for these text messages. I never open them, but they ate up all of my minutes. A Rogers representative talked to someone this morning and was given this website.
