Forlorn in Wet Clothes

On November 1st we called to request repairs for our Kenmore dryer. The girl we spoke with was almost entirely focused on selling us the $195 "warranty." It took over 10 minutes to actually get an appointment for the following Saturday as they had no other times available.

Saturday came and went with no repair person at our home. We called and repeatly got the message that "due to unforeseen circumstances our office is closed." We were told on Nov 15 that there was no record of any of our calls nor did we have an appointment scheduled. As it stands now, we've been waiting since Tuesday (it is now Saturday 2 weeks later) for the 24 hours needed to speak to a supervisor. I have clothes hanging all over my house.

At least I see here that I am not alone.
