I pulled up to pump #5 The attendent was outside the register area and had his back was away from the pumps, he was leaning into the vehicle which had pulled up and a young female was handed keys and she walked around the storage building 5 minutes later she came back and gave the keys to the attendent. I pumped my gas and went to the window and observed the attendent with his back turned on the counter area again leaning into the vehicle, I waited approx. 3 minutes and finally yelled through the window, "Excuse Me."
The attendent walked into the building and took my money, I told him pump #5 and I need a reciept. He handed me a reciept and walked back to the vehicle he was at originally and leaned back into the vehicle. I am so upset that this is not the first time, I suppose if he does not care about me then I am going to give my hard earned money to another gas company, We all need gas to get back and forth, but i am so tired of the disrespect that your employees have. This is not the first time i have had a bad encounter with your employees. I don't say much, but i will now, that I have a complaint line to address the ongoing issues, Ya I guess i am not getting a gas card now huh?
