I ordered the product online after watching the Dr. Oz show and checking the website. I received and started using the product on trial basis and noticed I had received another shipment well before I had gone through trial bottle. I sent an email to the company to stop further shipments and returned the unopened box to them. I had the original box which contained nothing but the pill bottle and no other instructions other than what was written on the bottle. The company responded to having received my email regarding cancellation and shortly afterwards, I received a check I the mail for that returned item. Today, I received a notice in the mail from my bank charging my account $79.99 plus a $20.00 retuned check fee due to insufficient funds from the company. Unreal! I want all my money back.
