I ordered a $3.95 trial offer of this product. My bank was charged $89.31 before I even received the trial! As soon as the trial offer arrived I sent it right back. Two weeks later, instead of receiving a credit to my bank account I received another bottle of the product! And another charge in my account of $8.51.
I immediately called the customer service number and was told that, yes, they had recieved the trial offer back and had shipped out another bottle right away!
What part of "I am returning your product unopened because I do not want it and I want a refund" do they not understand? Instead they send me a new bottle??!!
I have now been told that in approximately 2 weeks I will see a credit in my bank account. And I get to keep this bottle for free. You better believe I will be watching my bank account very carefully for the next few weeks.
