I recently ordered a "no-risk" trial of Lipozene for $29.95 and Metabo-up for $9.95 from their website. When I received my shipment there was only 1 trial bottle - not 2 as indicated on the website. I called Lipozene and another 30 count bottle was shipped out.
When the product did nothing more than give me stomach cramps I called the return center where I was issued 2 RMA numbers (one for the Lipozene and one for the Metabo-up). I packaged them according to the instructions given over the phone and shipped them FedEx to insure arrival before the deadline. A few days later my bank statement only reflected the return of the Metabo-up at $9.95.
When I called the customer service line she first told me that I didn't order the product. Then it was I was shipped full count bottles not trial bottles, then I argued that I only received two 30 count bottles she then said that I only returned 1 of the trial bottles. Well, yeah. When the first one was empty I threw it away. I sent the second bottle back with the remainder of the product. Needing the first bottle is insignificant and somewhat petty when the second bottle contained the product.
Not only was the return department difficult to work with, they were extremely rude!
