I received the product for a trial that should have cost about $3.00, returned the unopened bottle when I saw I was charged $89.99. I spoke with them and they pretty much just said too bad, so sad and confirmed that they again charged an additional $89.99 for another shipment that they "Just sent out". I canceled everything and they said that they would be sending me a refund check for the first bottle and that I would need to call back when I got the second bottle to get a RMA number. I did this and I have confirmation that they received the product, but again I have not received ANY refunds. Now I went to their website and it is no longer available. Now what can I do?
