I ordered the "free trial" bottle of Tone Detox from MyHealthOffers and received it on July 14th. I did not get results from the product and called August 3rd to cancel "auto shipment" so I would not receive another bottle. I was told I would not be shipped another bottle and given a cancellation number.in August I received my Discover bill and found a charge for $79.99 had been made to my account from MyHealthOffers on July 26th. I never received the bottle supposedly sent on July 26th (I only ever received the free trial offer), so called Discover and registered a complaint - Discover said they would credit my account temporarily and investigate this. I received a letter from Discover October 21 saying they were upholding MyHealthOffers claim that they had sent me a second bottle! Thus, Discover would again charge my account for the $79.99. So I called Discover today (October 23) and asked them why they would uphold MyHealthOffers claim that they sent me the bottle and not believe me when all they had to prove the bottle was sent was an invoice. So Discover has re-opened the investigation and once again credited my account. I am very upset that I have had to spend so much time on this and the potential for having to let MyHealthOffers keep my $79.99 fraudulently. I will let you know what Discover ends up doing about this. They said they would ask MyHealthOffers for proof of delivery documentation. We shall see how MyHealthOffers responds to that.
