The PLASTIC handle to my Kenmore dryer broke, so I call the 800 parts place to see how much it is. They want $14.31 for the cheap plastic handle, then they tell me with tax and shipping it comes to $23.. So, for a plastic handle that is worth maybe $3.00, and the weight that SHOULD cost under a dollar to mail, it comes to over $23.00!! I have gone out of my way to purchase all of my large appliances from Sears, including a new clothes dryer last year. That's the last time I will buy from them, they used to have great service, now its a ripoff and you get nothing. Boooooooooooooo SEARS! I've spent thousands at your store, say goodbye to me
