Immediately after placing my order I received an email confirming, so I immediately sent an e-mail canceling. I requested the order be cancelled and said that I didn't wanted to be charged for shipping or have to pay return shipping! They refused to cancel prior to shipping. I even spoke to management and they were rude and gave me a run around and contracdicting themselves through out the entire conversation! I am extremely unhappy with them! I feel like the entire thing was a scam!
