I was scammed a month ago by Mineral Elements.
I saw an ad on Internet offering a "trial size" purchase of their products for just $1. With shipping and handling, the order came to $8.95. The money was deducted from my credit card. Then about two weeks later, I noticed my account had
a charge of $130.41. I then placed a complaint with Capital One Bank because I knew I had not ordered anything for that amount. Capital One Bank took away the $130.41 in my credit card until the dispute was resolved. At the same
time I called the Mineral Elements to find out why are they charging me $130.41. Mineral Elements said they sent me an Email the same day the products went out saying I had 15 days to return the cosmetics if I didn't like them.
Did I receive an Email - NO! Could I read the tiny print on their Internet ad - NO! Finally in a conversation with a lady at Mineral Elements I was told over and over that I hadn't returned the cosmetics and that was it, I was stuck.
