Mineral Simplicity Unlawful charge to my account, never received the product alleged to be ordered YET, insulting Customer Service Rep. No Manager on site per Customer Rep., Forced to return and pay shipment back on pro

Checking my e-mail I noticed a message Confirming my purchase of Mineral Simplicity product on a trial basis. I had ordered the same day a product called PROLASH and I thought that this message was related to that previous buy. I notice the body of the email was the same, but when I got to check the amounts they were different and I started to compared the orders.in the previous order of PROLASH I had trouble sending information, so I thought I duplicated the order or something to that effect. I noticed I was going to be charged almost US$128 plus shipping and handling after 14 days of trial time. I immediately called the number displayed in the invoice. After waiting for someone to answer for a long time finally Melissa (the same girl that took my complaint for PROLASH) answered I let her know that she had spoke to me before in reference of the PROLASH product. But The reason of his phone call was to find out why I was being billed for Mineral Simplicity if I didn't ordered. She told me I had done it. I requested to cancel that account as well to let me talk to the manager. Withut giving me anymore information I was put on hold for more than a half hour. Finally ROB answered. I made the mistake to call him Robert he got very rude and told me "his name was ROB". I apologized and I continued with my request of canceling any charges made to my credit card to what he answered I had to pay the shipping of the product back to their warehouse. I explained to him I did not received it yet. I even didn't ordered, that perhaps I made the mistake but please to help me to take those charges of my credit card. He answered that the only thing he could do for me was to ask me to pay a one time amount of US$35 and keep the product to what I interjected and repeated I had not received the product yet. He told me the US postal Service delivered and I was responsible for buying it or return it to my own expense. After that I ask him to be a little more understanding. He got very rude and I accused me of not understanding and not letting him talk. I reminded him what a Customer Rep should do in these cases Not to make the customer more angry and to be polite to what he answered, it was me not him. I even told him if he didn't like to deal with upset women on the phone that perhaps he could take another job.
I requested to speak to a manager and he said wasn't a manager in the premises. He took my information and told me to wait for somebody to call me back. I am still waiting. I thank you for this opportunity to be able express my disgust with this kind of companies and I ask you to help us stop these people from taking advantage of us.
