I purchased the unit as a gift for my Dad. It took forever to try and get it to work as promised! I was foolish enough to get an upgrade and "Gold Plan, " which I paid for with my debit card!
The order # was TS12922425, before giving up and returning the unit! When I finally got to the company's Chat line (on—line), Kiefer gave me this chat id#; LTK554014852936X, and I got no further response! Chat session over!
