There is only livechat and they are limited on knowledge. They disconnected a few times with too. After over an hour after being transferred to more "knowledgeable" customer service reps. Issue still not resolved. My magic jack doesn't work. When I suggested they simply replace the unit. They wanted to charge me $9.95 for shipping and the unit is "free" - yeah, right. Sounds like because my magic jack is year old this is their way of getting a little more out of their customers. Rotten biz model.
Very rude to disconnect live chat when you don't know how to help the cutomer. Here are the live chat ID#s that are deleted once you are disconnected and try to reconnect. Learned that trick the hard way.
