I wanted to cash my check and the bank teller told me that i need my social security card in order to cash my check at my own bank! She told me that somehow my bank account number wasn't coming up on the computer. So we went back and forth until i told her that i wanted my check back and i'll cash it somewhere else, which i did. I cashed it at another Capitol One bank up the block.
