I placed an order on 1-7-11 for an autographed collage of Roy Halladay to be framed as well. I requested overnight shipping so I could receive it asap after the framing was done. I contacted the company the next day to get a delivery date and was advised that it would ship on 1-10-11 to be received on 1-11-11. When it didn't arrive, we were a bit concerned and waited until the next day, 1-12-11. When it still had not arrived, I called to check on order status. The young man asked for my order number then asked me to hold for a moment and then hung up on me. I tried several times to reconnect and couldn't get through. I then tried to go online to live chat and got no response from an operator there, either. I finally called and connected with the sales department and my call was answered by Michelle. At that point, my attitude was a bit frustrated but she dealt with me courteously and professionally. She explained the 3 to 5 days for framing and stated it should ship out on the 13th or 14th. She said she would email and call me the next day when she had a definite shipping and arrival date. She did email me and call me today to let me know that she made sure that our order was completed and shipped out today to arrive tomorrow so we wouldn't have to wait until next Monday to receive it and gave me her email address to contact her directly if there were any further issues. She then asked if there were any specific items that she could keep an eye out for to contact us about.
