I made an order online mid December when I went online to see what was happening with my order in mid January. I noticed that all it said was my order had been received. No shipping information, nothing. I was very worried, so I contacted sports memorabilia through their website, filled out the contact info sheet expressing my worry and a day later I had a response from their Customer Service team. Liana Roman was a great help! She was quick at finding out what happened with my order and very quick to resolve it. I would like to say a big thank you to Liana Roman for her quick responses and being so helpful.
