The equipment worked when i first used it. It is not something you need to use every day. When i tried to use it a few weeks ago, it did not work. No heatwasproduced by the machine. Itried all the remedies suggested in their manuel, but nothing worked. Icalled customer service and was finally told they would replace it, if i paid $14.95 to
