Leo Clavel of dss Agreed to provide me with 10 phone verifed accounts that could be used on craigslist for advertising. These accounts were to be good for 30 days, if not he would replace them. 8 #'s did not work 2 work for 1 day. He sent 2 more, they did not work. Finally he sent another 10 none of these worked either. He made some excuse that no one had good accounts but he could get good for about 8.00 a piece. I requested those and would pay differences did not send. Now he is refusing to replace any numbers
