I received a Keurig machine for xmas a few years ago. Took a few months before I took it out of the box, but when I finally got around to it the descaling light came on after 4 cups. I called to complain. Nothing was done. I ended up cycling through a bunch of water and it eventually went away, but I stopped using it b/c I don't need the hassle at 5am while trying to get ready for work. Fast forward 1 yr. I pull out the machine to start using it and after 1 month the level jams and I can neither open or close it. Customer supports response, they can do nothing but offer me a new one at a discount of $77. A new replacement for a machine that never worked right from the start? No thanks.
