I worked for accurate auto for the last 5 weeks. I was asked several times to do less than what was on the work order and what the customer paid for by the shop manager julie sperling. -brief example - on a newer model diesel pickup the work order stated transmission flush. This means removing pan, replacing filter, evacuating all lines. Because of our schedule, and difficult equipment julie ordered me only to remove pan, replace filter and fill. She asked me to do this around an inquisitive customer, and lie about the service. Because the customer provided the fluid i dumped out 9 quarts that should have been used for filling the lines but they were never evacuated. Several instances along these lines and others.
