While googling for web host to start up a non profit org site in memory of my son that passed away January 31 - Intuit popped up many times. Frustrated and tired, I joined for the $7.99 fee, spoke to a customer service and was given a qoute of $799.99 to create the site that I requested. Anastasia was supposed to call me two days later for a consultation. Mind you that I had only been given a qoute over the phone and hadn't authorized any charges except for the 7.99 start up fee. Well I wake up the next morning and check my bank transaction log and see that they have already deducted $809.00 out of my personal cking account that I used to pay for the 7.99 start up fee. This really pissed me off! I have called their customer service line everyday and they keep telling me 3 to 5 business days. So i have to wait for my own hard working money to be credited to my account and this surely has me in a bind. How can these people do this. I have never had this happen to me before, now I see how it feels. I usually read reviews on companies before I do business with them, but like I said I was just tired and frustrated that night. Never again though.
