I placed an order with this company on November 28. It is now December 20. The charge for this order cleared my bank account on December 2. I have emailed them today for the first time after trying to call the 1800# on their website which told me I can contact customer service via email. I noticed on one page it states that they respond within 1-2 business days but many times sooner. Then after submitting the email it states that response will be between 3-7 business days. According to the reviews I have found online I probably will never here from them. After reading one review stating that the BBB has deemed this company out of business I have called the 1800# provided on the website to place orders by phone and I was told by the person that this company is still in business and I can contact them by calling during business hours which I plan on doing first thing in the morning.
