As stated on the email you sent me on December 4. My webhosting with your company terminated on that date.
Reviewing my bank account however, I found out that my account continued to be debited thereafter for 22.99/monthly. I only became aware of this today when I received an overdrawn charged of another $22.99
From my account. I spoke with an associate (Eric) and then Koichi is morning and did not get the requested refund I asked to be credited to my account.
Please review my account and have my reimbursement credited to my bank account promptly.
I thank you for your attention to this very pressing matter.
