Complaint / review text:
I had signed up for Intuit's Merchant Service Account on October 19th.
Everything was easy to setup and my account was approve and active within the months end.
I had made Large Transactions on November 1st, November 5th, November 7th for a total over $2000.
After a week or so I had noticed that the transactions was not depositing money into my back account.
After calling Intuit On November 7th, 8th, and 9th. They told me every time that it would be deposited in another 3-5 business days.
3-5 Business days later and still no money to my bank account. So I called them again on November 16th. After talking to several managers They had decided to conference me in with First Data (their Credit Card Processor) to troubleshoot the issue. After they troubleshooted they found that someone keyed in the information incorrectly and the money was not being deposited into my bank account. So They requested that I re-fax the original paper work with my Bank Transit and account information. I had re-faxed the information on November 16th, to which the rep informed me that the money would take only another 3 days to transfer over since they had my correct information.
After another 3 days of waiting I still did not have my money in my account.
I called first data and spoke with Michael the Supervisor who then informed me that it would take another 3-5 days. So I patiently waited and then checked my account on November 21st.
Still no money into my account. I called First data directly because that is what the Intuit rep. Had informed me to do. After talking to several reps there I found that nothing had been done on my account and that my Money was not going anywhere nor any request to transfer to the correct account.
Today is Monday November 26th 2012 and I have yet to receive any money in my account.
I have all the transaction receipts as well as a trail of who and when I talked to a representative.
I am frustrated and feel that I have been a victim fraud by Intuit and First data. I have still to receive any of the over $2000 that they have processed from my clients.
When I call no one wants to give me a honest answer but always mention that the issue has been "escalated" and that it's going to be only a few more days. It's been over 25 days since my first transaction and still no money in my account.
