Quicken Loans qualified me for a loan and had me pay a $400 appraisal. Everything was good with equity and credit amounts.
They turned down my loan because they didn't think I lived at the house, and I do. I am a real estate agent and have seen the scames of Country Wide mortgage selling to Bank of America for everybodies profit except the consumer or borrower. Other Bank and Mortgage companies I will not name because they did not get me. And now Quicken Loans is robbing the public by qualifing and then making up reasons to disquilify then after taking a appraisal fee.
