Quicken keep our 500.00 deposit. Because they ordered an appraisal on the property which they said they could do a loan on but actually this particular loan was not a loan that quicken could do anyway do to the agriculture rules. If they quicken would have told us that they were enable to do this type loan, both the company and the customer could have been spared a great deal of time. This process with quicken took approximately 5 months our credit scores were over 700 and our loan to value was approx. Half the amount we were trying to borrow. We feel quicken owes our 500.00 deposit back.
