Dear Gmarket,
I am writing in to express my disappointment and utmost displeasure of the services provided by your company.
On 25th and 26th of September, I have placed an order with Synnara Gmarket, ordering 100 albums.
I consistently checked the status of my parcel but to my dismay at 4th October, the status of the parcel was shown to be at custom as the invoice was missing. Kindly see below for Item no. And status.

As a result of this, I was informed by the post office that i would need to pay extra charges in order for me to retrieve it. Do i really have to pay for the extra costs in which the mistake was not made by myself? Furthermore, not only do i incur more costs, everything planned out on my side has been delayed.
I sincerely expressed again how disappointed on this issue and I hope Gmarket would give me a favorable reply.
