Ordered from gmarket on december 12, and it is now february 14. I still have not received my order. Gmarket is only blaming EMS, and won't try to find out what happened or where the order is. They refused to do anything. The order is well over 100,000won, and so far they've taken my money and have made no effort to ensure I'll receive the product. It's been over three months. Not only have I not received a product, but also am experiencing the worst customer service ever.
